If you’re unhappy with art you purchased from my site, let’s talk about it! Please contact me to discuss our options.
To be eligible for a return, I ask that you have communicated directly with me first, and that your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the packaging in which you received it from me.
Please include a printout of your order email with the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds / Exchanges
If we agree on a return, I greatly prefer an exchange for art from my site equal to the value of your original purchase, rather than a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If we agree on terms of a return, I will provide you with a shipping address to send it to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We suggest using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will arrive unharmed.
